Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer

We are a fast-growing Tutors based in the heart of London with a passion to grow our business by delivering high quality eductions with focus on compliance and service quality. We are looking for a Marketing Executive and graphic designer to join our team who can play a vital role in our journey to the next level.
Responsibilities*:
- Graphic Design & Content Creation*:
- Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and infographics for our website, social media channels, podcast, and other content.
- Create engaging visual content for social media posts, feature images, and article illustrations, ensuring alignment with current trends and audience preferences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Video Recording & Editing*: - Record and edit videos for our YouTube content, and other media channels.
- Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- Work closely with the team to ensure video content aligns with marketing objectives and engages the target audience.
- Digital Marketing*:
- Support the marketing team with strategy for website and social media platforms to maximize visibility and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to implement best practices for content optimization and digital campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics and refine marketing efforts to improve audience engagement and conversion rates.
Social Media Management*: - Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the media and management teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals.
- Engage with followers and respond to community feedback, maintaining an active online presence.
- Collaboration & Team Support*:
- Work alongside the editorial, marketing, and management teams to understand content needs and produce designs that enhance our services and communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and content.
- Ensure that all design work and content reflect our vision and objectives.
Qualifications*: - Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and video recording/editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with other design and video software such as Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with digital marketing strategies is a plus but not essential.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and growing an online community (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Excellent video recording and editing skills. Experience with podcast recording/editing is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and multimedia content (including infographics, video content, and social media assets).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for design and digital media.

Pay: £39,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
